Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Tekvo Synergy Private Limited (“Hireflo”, “we”) for the Hireflo AI interview product. They sit with the published Privacy Policy, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy. Each document is versioned. Paying, or clicking Acknowledge in the workspace, records the content_hash of the version you were shown — not “whatever is latest later.”

This text is a product control and a working draft. It is not legal advice and is not a claim that Hireflo is “DPDPA/GDPR certified.”

Two relationships

Candidates. You do not create a Hireflo account to sit a scored interview. The hiring organisation invites you. Hireflo processes your camera, microphone, recording, and transcript as a processor on that organisation’s instructions. Candidate collection still requires the published interview notice, unbundled purpose grants, and an 18+ attestation before any media starts.

Customers (hiring organisations and individual purchasers). If you sign in, buy credits, or run scored interviews for hiring, these Terms are between you and Hireflo. Hireflo is the data fiduciary / controller of recruiter accounts, workspace membership, and billing.

The service

Hireflo provides AI-assisted interviews and evidence-linked assessments. Outputs are recommendations. A human reviewer decides advance, hold, or reject. Hireflo does not auto-reject, does not auto-advance by default, and does not infer emotion, affect, or personality.

You remain responsible for employment law, anti-discrimination duties, candidate notice, and how your team uses scores.

Eligibility

The product is for people 18 or older. Parental-consent flows are not offered. Organisations must not invite minors.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer models, scrape other people’s recordings, attempt to bypass the consent gate, or use the product to discriminate on protected characteristics. We may suspend accounts that abuse the interviewer, other people, or payment flows.

Credits, fees, and payment

Credits, prices, taxes, Razorpay checkout, invoices, and what happens when a charge fails are in the Payment Terms (payment_terms). Refunds and cancellations are in the Refund Policy (refund_policy). Material changes to those notices are published as a new version. Workspace owners or admins must acknowledge the new hash before the next payment.

Processor vs controller

Candidate interview artefacts are processed for the hiring organisation. Recruiter identity and billing are Hireflo controller data. Hireflo does not build a cross-organisation candidate graph or talent marketplace.

Limitation of liability

The product is provided as-is. We are not liable for hiring outcomes. Where the law allows, liability is capped at fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where a cap is forbidden.

Changes

We may publish a new version of these Terms from Hireflo /ops. The previous version remains on the ledger for sessions and acknowledgements that cited it. For payment-related changes we give in-app notice; we do not silently rewrite a published hash.
