Terms of Service
Two relationships
Candidates (B2C). If you create a free or Individual account to practice, these terms are between you and Hireflo, Inc. Credits buy interview sessions; they are not a securities interest and unused Individual credits expire after 12 months.
Customers (B2B). If you run scored interviews for hiring, you represent the organization that pays. You are responsible for candidate notice, lawful basis, and how your team uses scores. Hireflo does not auto-reject anyone.
The service
Hireflo provides AI-assisted mock interviews and evidence-linked assessments. Outputs are recommendations. You remain responsible for hiring decisions, employment law, and how you brief candidates.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer models, scrape other users' recordings, or use the product to discriminate on protected characteristics. We may suspend accounts that abuse the interviewer or other people.
Credits and billing
One credit is one interview session. Prices are listed on /pricing. Team seats renew monthly. We will give reasonable notice before material price changes.
Limitation of liability
The product is provided as-is. We are not liable for hiring outcomes. Liability is capped at fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law forbids a cap (including death, personal injury, or fraud).
