Hireflo

One price per interview.

Practice for a role you want, or run a scored interview for a candidate. Thirty minutes is $5. An hour is $9. Teams that interview often can prepay and pay less per session.

30-minute interview

Start here

$5

per interview

A focused mock for you, or a first-round screen for a candidate.

  • One role, one sitting
  • Enough time for a real first round
  • A scorecard when the interview ends

60-minute interview

$9

per interview

An hour when the role needs a longer conversation.

  • Room for follow-ups a half hour would cut short
  • A deeper mock, or a longer screen
  • The same scorecard, with more of the conversation

Every interview includes

  • An interviewer for the role

Follow-ups and probes written for that role.

  • Coaching while you speak

Suggestions in the moment. You accept them or dismiss them.

  • A score you can replay

Each check cites what was said, with the moment on the recording.

  • Recordings that stay yours

You decide what to keep, share, or delete.

Hiring more than one person?

Reserve the interviews you expect to run this quarter or this year. You pay once, up front, and the rate per interview comes down. Interviews still unused at the end of that period expire.

Companies

Volume

Pay once for the quarter or the year

Tell us how many interviews your team will run. You pay for that block up front, at a lower rate than $5 and $9.

  • A lower rate on the interviews you reserve
  • One invoice for the period
  • Use them any time before the period ends
  • Unused interviews expire when the period ends

Agencies

Agency rate

Pay once for the quarter or the year

Reserve a pool at a lower rate than companies pay, then offer those interviews to your clients. We invoice you.

  • A lower rate than the company plan
  • One invoice to your agency
  • Usage shown by client
  • Your clients are never billed by Hireflo

Questions about pricing

What do I get for $5 or $9?

$5 is one 30-minute interview. $9 is one 60-minute interview. Use it to practice, or to interview a candidate. The interviewer, the transcript, and a scorecard that cites what was said are included. There isn’t a free plan.

When do I pay?

You pay when you buy the interview. Checkout shows $5 or $9 before you confirm. A company or agency plan is one invoice for the interviews you reserve. If an interview never starts, you can ask for a refund. Once it has started, that interview has been delivered.

How does pricing for a company work?

You choose how many interviews you need for a quarter or a year and pay for them up front, at a lower rate. That rate holds even if you don’t use every interview. Interviews left at the end of the period expire. Interviews beyond what you reserved are extra, at the rate in your agreement.

I’m a partner. Does that change the price?

Agencies reserve a pool and offer it to their clients, at a lower rate than companies. If you build a connection for one customer, or we build one with you for a product you already sell, interview prices stay the same. You can earn a referral fee when a customer you introduced prepays. The score works the same in every case.

Is scoring included?

Yes. Every interview uses the same assessment: yes-or-no checks, evidence from the conversation, and a person making the hiring decision. Paying more doesn’t buy a different score.

How is this different from a 1–10 rating?

Hireflo doesn’t turn the interview into one gut score. It pulls yes-or-no checks from the job description, runs the conversation, and won’t mark a pass unless the candidate actually said it. You can disagree with a check. You can replay the moment it came from.
