Your rights as a data principal

You can access, correct, export, erase, withdraw consent, object to optional monitoring, restrict processing, raise a grievance, or (DPDPA) nominate someone to exercise rights if you cannot.

How. Use the interview link while it is valid, or ask the hiring organisation, or email inquiry@tekvo.io with “DSAR” in the subject. Hireflo does not create a standing candidate account.

Who decides. The hiring organisation is typically the Data Fiduciary / Controller of interview recordings. Hireflo processes them on their instructions. Hireflo is Controller of recruiter accounts.

Grievance. First response target is 7 days. Name of the Grievance Officer will appear here when counsel records it (open question L8). Until then use inquiry@tekvo.io.

Withdrawal is as easy as grant: use Withdraw on the interview screen or after the session.
