Candidate Data Rights

You can ask us to access, export, or delete interview data we hold about you. If a company invited you, they may also need to approve deletion of a scored hiring session — we will tell you if that is the case.

How to request

Email privacy@hireflo.ai from the address used in the invite. Include “DSAR” in the subject and whether you want access, export, or deletion. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

Practice (mock) sessions on your own account can be deleted by you in Settings without writing to us.
