We design Hireflo to support GDPR, UK GDPR, DPDPA 2023, NYC Local Law 144, and the EU AI Act. Formal certifications and completed statutory audits are in progress. We will not list a badge we do not hold.

  • GDPR / UK GDPR / DPDPA: DPA available for Team and Enterprise. Candidate rights at /candidate-rights.
  • NYC LL144: not cleared. See bias testing.
  • EU AI Act: we treat hiring assessment as high-risk in our design (human oversight, logging, explainability). A conformity assessment has not been completed.
  • SOC 2: not attained.
