Shipping and delivery

Hireflo is a digital service operated by Tekvo Synergy Private Limited. We do not ship physical goods, invoices on paper, or hardware.

How access is delivered

After Razorpay captures payment for a 30- or 60-minute interview, that session appears in the paying workspace. There is no courier, tracking number, or delivery timeline for goods. If capture succeeded but credits did not appear, email inquiry@tekvo.io with the Razorpay payment id — do not retry the charge blindly.

Cancellations

Because there is nothing to ship, there is no “cancel before dispatch.” A session that has not started follows the Refund Policy. Prices and checkout are in the Payment Terms.
