Tekvo Synergy Private Limited (“Hireflo”) is the controller of recruiter accounts, workspace membership, billing, and product telemetry on recruiter surfaces.
Legal entity. CIN U62020TN2024PTC169811. Registered office: C/o Kalaiselvi, 53/2, Keelaiyur, Melur, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625106, India.
Purposes. Authenticate you, run the workspace, security logs, support, billing (purpose code billing).
Payment processor. Paid checkout is handled by Razorpay in India. Hireflo stores payment ids, amounts, and status — not card PAN or UPI secrets. See the Payment Terms notice.
Interview processing. Hireflo uses third-party tools so interviews can run in real time and so a scorecard can be drafted. They act on the hiring organisation’s instructions.
Rights. Email inquiry@tekvo.io. We aim to complete requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax.
Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in. Optional analytics stay off until you grant cookies_non_essential.
Candidates. Interview recordings are processed for the hiring organisation. See /candidate-rights.
